BatchWork ("we", "us", "our") provides online file conversion and processing tools at batchwork.shop. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
You may create an account using email or third-party providers (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Free users get 3 conversions per day with a 50MB file size limit. Pro subscribers (€5.99/month or €36/year) get unlimited conversions, 200MB uploads, access to Pro tools, and API access. Subscriptions are billed through Mollie and can be cancelled at any time from your account page. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Files uploaded for processing are temporarily stored and automatically deleted within 2 hours. We do not access, read, or analyze the content of your files beyond what is necessary to perform the requested conversion. We do not store or retain copies of your processed files.
You agree not to: upload illegal content, attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls, use the service for automated scraping or abuse, reverse engineer the service, or resell access without authorization.
Pro subscribers may access the API for programmatic use. API keys are personal and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse. Rate limits apply (100 requests/hour).
You retain full ownership of all files you upload and download. BatchWork claims no rights to your content. The BatchWork name, logo, and service design are our property.
BatchWork is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss during processing, service downtime, or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of BatchWork is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
